Le spese di spedizione per il primo reso saranno a nostro carico. Gli articoli acquistati possono essere restituiti entro 28 giorni dalla data di consegna, nel rispetto delle condizioni di reso.

Ti invitiamo a controllare l’ordine al momento della ricezione. Per qualsiasi problema, puoi contattare il nostro Servizio clienti. I resi non potranno più essere accettati dopo i 28 giorni dalla data di ricezione del pacco.

Gli articoli devono essere rispediti dal Paese di consegna dell’ordine.

Gli articoli devono essere resi nelle condizioni originali di vendita, con le etichette ancora attaccate.

Non sarà possibile rendere i prodotti senza il nastrino a pois bianco e rosso di garanzia.

I resi che non rispettano le condizioni di cui sopra, non verranno accettati e saranno rispediti al cliente.

Per la massima soddisfazione dei nostri clienti, offriamo un processo di reso automatico per il cambio di taglia dello stesso articolo, garantendo una sostituzione semplice e veloce. Se invece desideri cambiare il prodotto con un altro diverso, ti invitiamo a contattarci per personalizzare la tua esperienza di reso.

In caso decideste di effettuare ulteriori resi relativi allo stesso ordine (che rientrino nei 28 giorni dalla data di consegna), informiamo che le spese di spedizione sono a carico del cliente.

Potrebbero essere applicate tasse doganali per acquirenti che ricevono il prodotto al di fuori degli Emirati Arabi, a seconda della legge vigente nei paesi di ricezione della merce.

This document sets out the legal terms and conditions (“Terms of Sale”) under which Saleri Valentina FZE (hereinafter, “we”, “us”, “our” or “Company”) a company duly incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates and of the Dubai World Trade Centre Authority, having its registered seat at FD 92 SRT, Sheik Rashid Tower, 19th floor, Dubai World Trade Centre, is selling any of the products, including but not limited to women underwear and ready-made garments (“Products”) listed on our website www.salerilingerie.com (“Website”) to you (hereinafter, “you” or “your”). The website is operated by our Company. These Terms of Sale do not apply to customers purchasing Products in the course of business.  We seek to comply with international standards in distance-selling and e-commerce at all times and if you have any concerns, please contact us.

 

  1. Access to Our Site and Use of Our Site

  • Access to Our Site is free of charge.
  • It is your responsibility to make the arrangements necessary in order to access Our Site.
  • Use of Our Site is subject to Our Website Terms of Use, available at. Please ensure that you have read them carefully, that you understand them, and that you agree to them.

Please read these Terms of Sale carefully before placing an order with us. These Terms of Sale, together with any other documents referred to herein (unless otherwise stated), set out the terms under which Products are sold by us to consumers through this Website.

These Terms of Sale explain who we are, how our Products will be provided to you, how you or we may change, cancel, or otherwise end the contract, what to do in the event of problems, and other important information.

These Terms of Sale were last updated on 10/01/2024

You will be required to read and accept these Terms of Sale when ordering Products. If you do not agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Sale, you will not be able to order Products through our Website. These Terms of Sale, as well as all contracts, are in the English language only.

The following documents may also apply to your use of our Website:

By placing an order for Products through our Website, you are confirming that you intend to enter into a contract with us for the purchase of those Products. You place the order for your Products on the Website by clicking the at the end of the checkout process. During the checkout process, you will be asked to complete your payment details. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed (which includes providing us with a valid phone number and email address). We will then send you an email confirming the details of your order and the delivery time. You can review the orders you have placed and their current status at any time by visiting our Website and clicking on “Log In” at the top of the page followed by selecting “Track Your Order”. It is not necessary to create an account on the Website as you shall be able to place Orders also as guest.

If we cannot supply you with the Products you ordered for whatever reason, we will not process your order and will inform you of this.

 

  1. Products, Descriptions, and Changes

We make all reasonable efforts to ensure that all descriptions and images of Products available from Us on Our Site match the actual Products. Please note:

  • Images of G Products are for illustrative purposes only. There may be slight variations in colour between the image of a product and the actual product due to differences in computer or device displays and lighting conditions.
  • Images or descriptions of packaging are for illustrative purposes only and the actual packaging may vary.

 

 

  1. Delivery

No part of our Website constitutes a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your Order constitutes a contractual offer. Our acceptance of that offer is indicated by us sending you an order confirmation by email. Only once we have sent you an order confirmation will there be a legally binding contract between us and you for the sale of the Products. Order confirmations contain the following information:

  • your order number;
  • confirmation of the Products ordered including full details of their main characteristics;
  • fully itemised pricing for the Products ordered including, where appropriate, taxes, delivery, and other additional charges; and
  • estimated delivery date.

We can only process orders for delivery, and you shall specify the details of your address or for a third-party address. Please note that delivery charges and timescales vary depending on the type of Products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. 

We will try our best to either deliver the Products to your address by the estimated delivery date set out in our order confirmation email which normally shall be 3 or 4 (three or four) business days in the United Arab Emirates. If we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date, we will contact you as soon as we can with a revised estimated date. We will inform you when the order is ready for delivery to your address. In the event that no one is available at the specified address at the time of delivery, our delivery company will contact you to arrange re-delivery. The Products will only be left with a third party (such as building caretaker or a maid) with your express authority.

All risk in the Products you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the products) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the address specified in your order and we will not be liable for a refund or a replacement in the event the address you specified is incorrect. Occasionally, the supply of your Products may be delayed or prevented for reasons beyond our control (e.g. material shortages, import delays or higher than anticipated demand). Where this is the case, we will make every effort to keep you informed but shall be under no liability to you for such delay or failure.

 

  1. Payment Policy

You may place an order for Products on our platforms by selecting the Product(s) you wish to purchase, adding them to your basket, and then completing the checkout process through credit/debit card, (“Order”). During the checkout process, you will be asked to provide a number of details. All fields indicated as compulsory must be completed in order to process your Order (which includes, providing us with your name, delivery address (if applicable), payment details, a valid telephone number and email address). Any personal information that you provide to us will be managed by us in accordance with our privacy policy. Where you use a credit or debit card to pay for your Order, you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

The price of the products is in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (“AED”), and does not include the shipping costs. Such costs may vary and will be indicated separately in the Order summary. All prices on our Site include VAT. If the VAT rate changes between your Order being placed and us taking payment, the amount of VAT payable will be automatically adjusted when taking payment.

 

  1. General Return and Change

We offer a thirty (30) days discretionary return/change policy, under which you can request to return/change a product that you have purchased online. In case you ask for return within the timeframe described above in this Clause 6, you shall be entitled to receive a refund of the purchase price of the product. In case you ask for change, you shall comply with the timeframe described above in this Clause 6 and with the General Return Policy described here below in points (i), (iii), (iv), (v), (vi), (vii). If the full order is returned, you will be entitled to a full refund of the shipping fees incurred in the original order. To return a product, the latter shall be in the same conditions as it has been delivered and this policy does not apply to defective or damaged products, which shall be returned under the Defective or Damaged Product Return Policy set out in Clause 7.

Any return made under this policy must be received by us within thirty (30) days of the date upon which you received your order.

This General Returns Policy is offered to make your online shopping experience easier. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept requests for future orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.

This General Returns Policy does not apply if the product:

  • the product lacks the tag guaranteeing its integrity;
  • is not in its original unopened packaging with all labels still attached;
  • is not in its original state and has items missing, such as belts or other included accessories;
  • has already been used;
  • was a clearance item marked as non-returnable;
  • was sold as part of a promotion or with a free product.

 

 

  1. Defective or Damaged Product Returns

All products purchased online are carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.

In the unlikely event that the products you receive are damaged or faulty on arrival or you receive an incorrect item in your order, or the product does not match the product description on our website or mobile application, you may return the product. Where your product qualifies for a refund, you will receive a full refund of the product price. If the full order is returned, you will be entitled to a full refund of the shipping fees incurred in the original order.

Any returns made under this policy must be made as soon as possible, and in any event, the products must be received by our returns facility within the below period given as per your country of order. Any returns received outside of this timeframe will not be processed.

Please note that refunds will not be made for damaged items that have already been used.

 

  1. Online Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your online order, you may do so by clicking on your pending order until it is not dispatched for delivery. Your cancellation notice is effective from the date on which you send it.

If you paid by credit card or debit card, and you have cancelled in accordance with this Clause 8, then we will reverse the authorization or process a refund transaction (as the case may be) as soon as possible. However, we are not responsible for how long this will take to be reflected on your account as this is dependent on bank processing procedures.

Subject to local consumer protection laws applying in your country of purchase, please note that we cannot accept cancellations outside of the specified periods as the order will have been processed and can only then be cancelled through our returns/refunds process as mentioned above.

Refunds will be done only through the original payment method.

 

  1. Promotional offers

From time to time, we may make available promotional offers on the Website and in such cases specific terms and conditions will apply. Such offers may be time-limited and orders may not qualify if they have not been fully processed by you within the stated time period. Promotions where you are eligible for a free item (e.g. buy one get one free), only apply to qualifying items displaying the offer message on their product information pages, and unless the promotions indicate otherwise, apply to the lowest-priced qualifying item. Offers may not be combined with other promotions, offers and voucher codes unless otherwise specifically stated. We reserve the right to amend or terminate a promotion at any time without notice.

 

  1. Changes to these Terms of Sale

We may alter these Terms of Sale from time to time, for example, to reflect changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements. If we do so, details will be highlighted at the top of this page. If the changes are likely to affect your Order, we will inform you in advance by 14 days and you may contact us to end the contract before the changes take effect. If you end the contract for this reason, you will receive a refund for any Product paid for but not received.

If any part of the current version of these Terms of Sale conflicts with any previous version(s), the current version shall prevail unless we explicitly state otherwise.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by the relevant laws of the United Arab Emirates. We will try to resolve any disputes with you quickly and efficiently. If we cannot resolve a dispute and if you want to take court proceedings, the Courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates will have exclusive jurisdiction to solve our dispute.
